hold ups or suspender tights can be better

If you are going very short then it ends up with tights - one of the reasons they came about but not so much fun !!!

Was prescribed blue tablets 24 months ago.. First 6 months had a spring in my step (sorted)

Last 6 months, just the thought of taking them gives me a headache.... there's the tragedy right there...
