Thinking of moving house and wondered which is the best site/app for finding out when new properties come on the market. Zoopla and Rightmove the best two?

Think most of em have facilities for you to enter your criteria to receive email of new properties that fit the aforementioned.

Never used Zoopla but thinking of moving in the not-to-distant future and all my searches usually involve Rightmove. They've pretty much cornered the market imo
