I am aware of a couple of punters who forgot to send all their documents in when requested and had their accounts suspended. These are people i can vouch for and not money launderers etc They have been waiting over three months now (since uploading their documents) to be able to use their accounts again. Has anyone had the same experience and if they did could they give some indication how long it took to sort out
Are you saying multiple people 'forgot' to send 'all' their documents? Are you telling the complete story?
Identity verification should not take more than a few hours in my opinion. At max 2-3 days.

After the Bet 888 fine by the gambling commission Betfair sent out a load of requests for documents. Two people i know forgot to send them back and had their accounts suspended. Despite sending everything requested back in December they are constantly being told there is a "backlog" to get through and their accounts remain suspended. I only wondered if anyone had heard similar stories?

I still find it surprising that someone in the business of taking your money will waste any time verifying your identity. There has to be something wrong with those two guys' history with the site.
Not accusing them of anything, but can't think of a reason why a bookie will delay someone's verification for three months!
