i have to be careful what i say so i will just post the facts. 1=there are 79 million turkish people living in turkey. 2=98% of them want to improve their lives by going to the uk. 3=an ankora agreement is in place to allow all turkish people to travel to the uk to start a business under immigration law .this law is controlled by europe since the uk joined europe. 4=europe at the moment are controlling this law and it is written in stone under european law. 5=when the uk leave(brexit)the EU the law will pass back to uk. 6=so then the uk will control their own law on immigration. 7=now remember the uk must leave europe to get control of this law. 8=the 79 million turks are waiting to see what happens. 9=all will be well will be well when the uk break free from europe and make their own laws. 10=the problem i see is that the uk signed the ankora law before they joined the EU. 11=trade deals and customs union membership may become a problem for the ankora law. 12= there is bound to be a test case in the courts when when uk brexit. 13=what courts hear the case i am not sure,uk courts or european courts. 14=meanwhile 79 million turks await the outcome. 15 =i have tried to post the facts as clear as i can understand them. 16=make your own judgement of what ,might, will, or could happen in the future 17.= now you know how serious brexit is or could be in the future. 18= hope this helps.

Could you please provide a source for all this please. I'm pretty sure that all your 18 points are incorrect (although #1 might be arguable). Which is quite remarkable for someone claiming to be posting "just the facts".

It reminds me of Baldrick writing "Merry Christmas" and getting ALL the letters wrong.

they aren't. The reg you refer to allows Turks to apply for a visa to set up a business in the uk now. The viability is checked on application. The business is checked after 12 months and again after 3 years.
The main problem from Turkey is going to be refugees when the increasing insane Erdogan gets booted from Nato, goes full islamofascist and goes to war with his neighbours leading to another surge of refugees.

well now you know dave, and you thought i was bull****,so you see how serious it is when the uk leave the eu ,a test case in law (i guess) will be brought forward on the wording of the ankora agreement that the uk signed in 1963 before they joined europe.

yeah thats right, all 800 million of them can come over now, but are waiting till brexit to take advantage of all the kebab opportunities as we "open for business".
Although if I was such a Turkish entrepreneur, I might just, due to my keen businessman's wits think there could more than a slight chance that the govt of the day passes a law (if that is even necessary) saying that Turkish entrepreneurs are no longer required as brexit has resulted in a surfeit of them.

there is a stand down part added to the old agreement between uk and turkey by europe.if the uk take back control of their own laws after they leave the stand down part will not be valid. The UK still use european law but when they leave they will be on their own. i am sure they will work it out,but if it ends up in the courts it could take years and years for a decision, and the big question is will it be uk courts or european courts that decide the final ruling.
