I was simply furious  I had to send one of my Somali drivers down in the Bentley to collect.  I have lost cred here!!!

Aye, it's tough at the bottom, I got a cardboard box with two egg mayo sandwiches and a 5cl plastic bottle of table wine. At least last year there was a bag of crisps and a paper hat. Cutbacks I suppose.

Never had anything. Reliably informed that only losing accounts get free gifts. Apparently the more you lose the more you get. As for those who get hampers they probably need them.

Think the type of hamper is based on your commission rate.  Not sure what level you need to be at to get the basic hamper.
