There's no such thing as free speech. Sheesh, people still get upset at losing something that never existed in the first place.

So let them back in - freedom of speech is ALL that matters, including for every single radical that whips up the belief that  apostates and infidels have to be eradicated from the face of the earth. In time a sensible debate will allow the truth to prevail and and we'll all be the better for it. . Get real people - Freedom under law is what counts - not the right to incite hatred.

Let who back in, steerforth?  Of course there needs to be a limit to free speech eg some of these Luton marches with the participants shouting eff the polis go to hell, etc.  We all (I hope!) agree on that.

What concerns me is free speech being closed down entirely, thereby enabling propaganda and falsehoods from certain organisations to become the norm.  That is extremely dangerous and endangers our freedom.

If I felt the need to threaten someone it would be face to face, certainly not from behind the safety of a keyboard. Also I would never threaten a woman. As for Abbott and Soubury although I'm a Tory I'm an equal opportunities disliker when it comes to those two

Bizarre thread. All sorts of people/accounts outwith the 'mainstream' have reported censorship in one way or another - suspensions, unable to share links, people becoming unsubscribed, an apparent change in search algorithms leading to drops in site traffic.

The idea that silicon valley millionaires and billionaires are 'lefties' is insane. They don't want an economic shift to the left. They are the type of centrist that wraps a rainbow flag around themselves, that wouldn't really question a war for example but would wet themselves if more frontline soldiers were women or transgenders. I don't know what sort of label to put on that but it's not leftie, it doesn't represent me and they shouldn't be in charge or what people are allowed to say. Splitting people into two camps then starting 'but you lot are worse', it's pathetic. Anybody could cherry pick anything from twitter to have a go at any sort of group. It's a cesspit full stop.
