I'm not too happy with that.
When I go abroad I expect everyone there to have learned to speak English.
Stuff like this makes people lazy and less likely to learn a proper language like English.

Dr Crippen correct, thin end of the wedge. I shall just speak more slowly and shout louder to negate the impact of this devilry.
