there is a legal way round this.if the government ask the people to vote on a question"should there be another vote on brexit?" and get a yes ,then that gives them permission from the people to have a second vote.Now when all the talking is finished ,it can be put before all mp's to vote,if they get a tight vote they can put it to the people again to vote on brexit by asking to people to vote on the question first.
IN other words it will more than likely end up going to the people again .
