It should really be Vine-stine
at a push Winestine.
But not Winesteen or Veensteen.
It's german. like Einstein. EI is pronounced I.
Unless of course his parents had saw the young frankenstein and decided to change it.

Actually it should be Vine-Shtine, if you're following the original German pronunciation.
On the other hand, if he and his American family call themselves Wine-Steen, then that's what it is, I guess.
