Hopefully she can catch up all the work she missed in August.

Has anyone in management been sacked and compensention paid and if not why not ?

Didn't know TR was involved or I would have looked earlier.

A case of Rachel discrimination imo.

This extraordinary and disturbing matter can't be allowed to rest here.

Anyone who was involved in the decision to suspend the dinner lady should now themselves be subjected to an urgent and full independent investigation. The enquiry has to be told exactly on what grounds the lady was suspended.  If any 'incompetence' issues should arise, then naturally the necessary disciplinary procedures must be invoked.
