India/Pakistan/Bangladesh Partition

well they were murdering each other in their thousands, so a good idea.
Jeremy Vine just blamed Britain , of course.

Just heard 500,000 people died during the partition....previously they got on with each other well enough.

Now we have 2 countries armed with Nuclear weapons who hate each other....what could go wrong ?

The only time they got on was when it was imposed upon them by British rule .
Now it was the Hindus and Muslims who were cutting each other's throats.

One of those things that shoud be none of our concern but we still feel the need to get p1ssed about it every now and then.
