Bodybuilding is unhealthy I reckon, as it stresses your body too much.

Has your mate got a chance of fighting the cancer, with chemo or any other methods ?

Had no time to ask him, was late last night but will see him in the pub later and ask.

My dad was in hospital just after Christmas, he nearly died of malnutrition (angry face)

The food was awful

I was taking food in but he would forget it was in his cupboard.
