it has a video feature - i just screen capture the frame i want. i'm terrible at photography, in my graphics course i dodged the module that covered photography. I passed everything else with merits but photography was too much - i always meant to tackle a book about it. but I have too many interests already.
the camera retailed new at £50... it's great, plug in charger, no batteries.
you have to take the exposure down to negative 2 ? the light is too much for the camera to transcribe. half the detail is still lost? I must get some of the best sunrises and sunsets in scotland. a good photographer is needed to capture these sunrises.

Good photos for a basic snapshot camera. Colours and contrast look excellent on here. I see there is one on Ebay for £35 A mate of mine took some photos of the sunset at St Abbs in Berwickshire. They all had those gorgeous orange-reds contrasted against inky clouds. I painted a watercolour of one of them which was posted on the drawing thread a long time ago now. The photos are better as the painting doesn't have the same luminosity and contrast.

i tried to do a watercolour a year ago - i'd forgotten how to use it? rushed it and it blew up. not done one in ten years. it's about controlling the water. not the paint. happy accidents. I saw a woman's work a year ago she uses watercolour on gesso. amazing watercolours. Very bright colours - she did portraits of children. I'll try and figure out her name?

Very talented, some are very loose, others precise. She uses a restrained palette, some are monochrome, some use only two colours, others three. There are all sorts of styles applicable to watercolour.
