Shock Foreigners are proved to be Human Beings

Really and how do we know who is human if we don't know what it is that makes us human?
If evolution is true it is impossible that everyone is equally human, at one point there would have been only a few humans, perhaps?
are we becoming less human as genetic abnormalities take hold, little faults every time we breed.
It is possible that Shakespeare was more human than anyone alive today.
