When we are drunk we are still responsible for our own actions. Neither do people do anything they would not do
sober with inhibitions removed. This is not rape as I see it. I have signed a petition against rape in India because
they were having problems with real rape.
People say it is somebodies daughter, but a man accused unfairly is also somebodies son.
You have a point case, but ultimately the woman has to be responsible for herself, in my opinion only.

The only sexual regret I have is not nailing more of them 
My daughter would regularly have her nights out in manchester in the old Hacienda night club ruined by one of her 6 flatmates getting wrecked and forcing the others to pull her out of clinches and toilets,plastered and high as a kite. They got sick of it and even wondered if she should be left to her own but they always got her home for her own safety but they did get sick of it spoiling their nights out. Perhaps the victims are to blame for putting themselves,and their friends caught up in this.at risk.

We might as well pardon Drunk Drivers because they are too drunk to make a decision.
