Live aid raised 150 million in thirty years. (feed the world). Average £5 million a year.
over 1800 billionaires worldwide. Average wealth of each is 3000 million. (20 live aids per billionaire).
lets have a lottery, include all the billionaires names in a big drum and pick out one a year.
Seize their wealth and spend it on the third world. It'll scare every one of them. There would still be
1800 billionaires. only one less? There could be a clause that you aren't entered in the lottery if you donate
£100 million to the lottery fund each year.
