Yes I agree and they seemed  very decent people and quite brave to make the statement about freedom of movement as no doubt they will get some criticism for it.

I live 1 mile from where it happened, I used to go for walks along that canal with my 2 kids when they were younger, my daughter was near same age as Alice and it could have happened to my her.
