I love photography so i visited to take some pics of the animals. The farm is an Urban Farm. While i was there a school teacher of infants spoke to me, she expressed to me her opinion that young children need to understand that animals like, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, etc are all absolutely beautiful creatures and rather than teaching kids to look at farm animals as mainly only food, we need to try and teach children that these wonderful animals are so,so much more than just things to eat. They can teach us things about ourselves if we only knew how to listen. After arriving home about one hour later at around 12.00 and feeling very hungry, i took some ham out the fridge to make a butty and i then thought,,,NO!,You know what,I Don't think so and so i decided there and then that i wont be eating meat not today, tomorrow or ever again...A BIG HELLO! To All Here.,,I've read the chitchat forum for a number of years, there are some great posters here and so i've decided to join this place and give my own take on various things.AllTheBest.
I hear Cantril Farm on Merseyside is delightful as well.
Come on Alun, they went upmarket years ago. It's Stockbridge Village nowdays. Nice place for visitors, and once you go there you won't leave. Well not in the car you came in.
