NASA TV is brilliant and everything is public domain
Report The Leopard • June 18, 2016 10:18 AM BST
No picture of the landing though.
Report Facts • June 18, 2016 10:33 AM BST
Yep rubbish screening of the 'non landing '
'Live' shots of a crap tv screen picture. With BBC commentators head in and out of shot , even pictures of him drinking from a glass over the screen . In the 21st century - this is as good as it gets ! Absolute nonsense.

Agree with raffingora's observation.

The science and mathematics that is required to return him and his crew to earth blows my mind at just how intricate every detail is, generally though I have no interest in the whole thing.

They were landing people back on earth in the 60s

The pictures are dreadful. Do they have no HD cameras in Kazakhstan?
Report Burton-Brewers • June 18, 2016 11:13 AM BST
my old tech drawing teacher was part of the team that designed the heat resistant tiles for the space shuttles, how's that for a useless bit of info

He's changed a bit, though ...

I asked this but was rebutted on Nakedscientist about Human's needing Earth more than Earth needs Humans. Just looking at Tim I can understand why.

A Mars trip will never happen any time soon.

He's suffering from vertigo. Had that before. total b'tard thing. constant spinning. causes you to puke too. It has nothing to do with heights. imagine being on a spinning wheel at hundred miles an hour.
never want that again.

Makes me feel like putting the kettle on for a cuppa Mischief
Report Ovalman. • June 18, 2016 7:32 PM BST
My point on Nakedscientist was the bugs that rely on us and the bugs we rely on.

I know we can survive 1 year in space but without the Van Allen bets we would be fried but also the bugs we depend on.

I think that's one major reason why ET isn't here.

He's being gifted an Arsenal season ticket now that he is well trained in going to places with no atmosphere.
