Turkey's Erdogan warns Muslims against birth control

If Turkey simply wants more people, then why don't they take all the economic migrants that are turning up at their door instead of shoving them onto Europe?

They don't want that do they?
What they want is more Muslims on the planet. And taking in Muslim migrants does not achieve that aim.
