I ordered an item from Germany yesterday, to get to me today and paid a premium for the service.
Here's what happened....Latest update: Wednesday, 9 Dec 17:00 Delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster Leeds, GB Carrier: Amazon Logistics, Tracking #: Q60234108253 10:15 Out for delivery Leeds, GB 03:23 Parcel arrived at a carrier facility Leeds, GB Tuesday, 8 Dec 21:21 Parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit...
So at 03:23 it was with the carrier just 18 miles away and on it's way to me at 10:15.
Waited in all day to receive it, and now have the insulting message that bad weather, or natural disaster have prevented delivery!
