Saying my computer has loads of viruses
and if i sit at it he will(Indian fella) tell me how to get rid of them
twice in 20 seconds he said "if you go to your computer i will tell you what to do"
"i asked why he was calling"
he said" i'm from talktalk and i will tell you how to get the viruses of your computer"
to which i replied "not been with talktalk for nearly a year" and put the phone down".

He was only working for microsoft a few months ago must have got the sack
Old lady down the road got caught by a similar scam. "Hello, this is the technical department, you have serious faults on your computer". She gave them control of her computer and they scammed her for 10k.
