It's probably Britain legislating in america's failed SOPA bill under the radar.

The Home Secretary and spooks will determine between themselves exactly what constitutes;
' (the) National Security, Serious Crime and Economic Well Being of the U.K.' And a judge will only be able to stop it if due process wasn't followed.

So what does Economic Well Being of the U.K mean exactly?
Perhaps it's the surveillance powers that will do the work that SOPA was attempting to do regards rights infringement?
Enterprise tells Teresa their profits are lacklustre and hence low tax yields, why don't you do something about it?

But my question really is to Corbyn.
Why have you folded like wet cardboard at the first job you had to stand up for the people?

Teresa May needs a crash problem course in logic.
She is selling the snoopers charter to MPs on the basis that it's guaranteed not to be abused.....then says the prime minister will be a 'third lock' for just them in parliament.

Well Teresa it's either robust or it ain't, or are you suggesting the voters are less equal and their civil rights don't matter?

Why do people think that the authorities always act within the law.

And that we need to amend the existing laws to ensure that they can do whatever they want to do so that they don't break the laws!!

It's clearly, well, crackers
Crazy

One of the accusations posed by the people who know about the legal side of things is that they are rushing this through to limit potential litigation against GCHQ

Ive just read a piece written by tech advisers that suggest the state will actively be legislated to install trojans on people they suspect of using encryption.
Im finding this frankly bizarre.
We are no better than North Korea ffs
