What's my brother in law up to?

He's been texting/facebooking nearly everybody in his family to try and find out the date of his parents got married. He says it's so he can apply for a passport but I'm guessing that's a load of bollox. He's a dodgy fooker and always out for what he can get, which I'm guessing is his parents money, but I can't think of any feasible con where he'd need that info. I could understand if it were their date of births he was after.

I'm intrigued, and I hope it all goes to plan for him, the in-laws are horrible bastards!!!
