Can anyone tell me why my box has been getting 'scrambled' messages over the last week or so...I can't even watch Gold or Dave on it.
There's some great racing on at the weekend and a darts tournament too so I'll be gutted if I can't fix this problem - help please.

(thats an additional question, sorry for hijacking thread)
The HD isn't really something that interests me...I can't tell the difference! 
When the box has been working fine, I've noticed that sometimes the HD channels aren't available so that's another reason why I don't watch it - besides, it's nearly always ATR or RUK that I watch and as far as I know, they're not available in HD.
