Have any of you had the lack of pleasure of trying to deal with these people?
Spent over an hour trying to buy a gift card for my son.
I wanted a card in GBP but the site is all Euro based and with no evident option to change.
My IT expert daughter tried to assist but no joy.
I phoned the Leeds shop and asked if they could advise what to do.
Incredibly the assistant said she also had tried to get to a uk site and failed.
Phoned the York store and the best advice she could offer was to go to "urbanoutfitter.co.uk!
Briliant NOT! It switches straight back to .com and the Euro site!
So after closer to an hour and a half I threw the towel in.
How many thousands of potential customers have gone the same way?
Should also say that I sent an e-mail, but have no response at this time.
End result....."Zara" got the business, although there is another niggle there too!

The link above works fine. You need to clear ur cookies etc Use to happen to me on the Nike website where it always displayed the Irish site rather than UK

Problem with deleting cookies is affecting other sites as well.
I just got a reply to my e-mail and was advised to go to the bottom of the page to change to GBP.
Even with that knowledge, the font is so minuscule as to be hard to see.
Anyway, too late now as I bought "Zara" insteads!

Aunty....if it was only a matter of deleting cookies are you sure after all this you can call your daughter an IT expert?

I'm on a Mac where you can delete cookies on individual websites
On a Windows PC this may help :
