What supermarket do you use?

And what could they do to improve the experience.

My local supermarket is wAitrose they have cut staff to save money and now I can't buy what I want.
Shelves are empty.

I use the local food bank, great service,sometimes deliver, only downside is they don't always have what I want.

M&S are not as expensive as some people think and the quality is bang on.
