Id noticed after seeing reports on a few high profile cases. Apart from the oblivious all these guys seem to look okay on face value, and many posses a good to healthy build.

However, the likes of Bernard Manning, Churchill and Cyril Smith were all obese.... right till their dying days, but at least they kept their marbles.
