Jan Francis - can't find her height, I'd guess at 5 feet 4 max. - still alive - age 67

No crime has been committed, and it doesn't denote hate at all, it simply means that somebody has been stupid and facked something up, and has been told it was his fault.
But if you put 'black' in between 'thick' and 'bastard', it suddenly becomes a race hate crime and the race card gets played.
