I've suffered from the verbal diarrhoea of others - It really can do your head in

The person concerned always seems oblivious to their incessant wittering

I knew a bloke who wasn't altogether unlike Graham Norton on Father Ted

He seemed genuinely taken aback when someone screamed at him, with contorted face, to JUST SHUT THE FKUK UP WILL YOU!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?!? DO YOU?!?
