Care to offer up a hypothesis of how the "abductor" got in and out of that apartment without forcing an entry and without leaving a single trace of himself behind?

Upon finding the girl missing, why did Kate Mccann take herself back to the restaurant, leaving the younger twins alone again(!!!) to raise the alarm? Why did she not even try to shout for help?

Why did the Mccanns at no point try to actually LOOK for their "missing" child, instead choosing to call Sky News(!!)?

Ah of course, they were so shocked they got themselves to bed for a good sleep that night and Gerry was spotted the next day sucking a lollipop and joking whilst discussing football results.

Not to mention finding time for a jog and a game of tennis within the next few days

No Hearts, the Madelaine Mccann Fund is in bad taste. Ripping off millions of pounds from people so they could hire the greatest PR people and lawyers to protect themselves from the truth.

Hardly the reactions of a an impromptu murderer then.

Why, after insisting they would never leave Portugal while their little girl was missing, did they leave immediately after being made suspects?

Why did Kate refuse to answer a single one of the 48 questions posed to her by police?

I don't know.Have they been charged with anything?

Why did sniffer dogs, with a 100% strike rate in over 200 cases, find the smell of a dead body in the apartment, and in the Mccann's hire car, not to mention the smell of blood in an area of the apartment very recently scrubbed clean which was later identified to be most likely Madelaine's?

No, the lead investigator was mysteriously replaced shortly after they fell under suspicion, also mysteriously after intervention from our very own Gordy B, who it is suspected has connections to the Mccanns.

So Gordon Brown stopped the British police investigating the murder of a British child in Portugal?
By:
enjbenjy
When: 11 May 11 22:56
Hard to tell, but there is certainly reason to be suspicious about the level of Brown's involvement and how well he knew the Mccann's before the "abduction".

Look at Gerry squirm in his seat when Brown's name is brought up, around the 28 second mark on...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3e_H5n1CB78

What we do know is that the orignal lead investigator is utterly convinced she was not abducted, and has written a book and documentary detailing his evidence, which is pretty cast iron. He was quickly removed from the case.

The idea that Brown would let a murderer go unpunished because he had some vague connection to him is pure fantasy.

Who has suggested that they are murderers?

And if they were, who suggested Brown knew about this?
By:

I thought you did?
By:

When: 11 May 11 23:03
No. At no point did I say either thing, just asking a few questions.

They hypothesis of goncalo amaral, the aforementioned lead investigator is that the girl fell and hit her head whilst they were out dining and died due to a combination of head injuries and the sedatives the parents used to subdue her whilst they went out drinking (which by the way, would almost certainly have led to them being charged with neglect had it happened in this country)

As for Brown, I never suggested he knew any more than you or I, just questioned his involvement.

I'd no idea that Brown knew the Mcanns "well"(before the abduction)? perhaps he did but muct say i'd never heard he was a close friend.

Sounds like the sort of old pony you'd read on David Icke's site imo.

The evidence that no abduction took place us massively overwhelming. Obviously, everyone has the right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty, hence why I have stopped short of accusing them of any crime, choosing only to ask pertinent questions that none of you can answer.

All I can say with certainty is that they are liars and fraudsters.
By:

Thats your opinion.Alas ironically you have no proof that what you say is true.

One more question

Why did the Mccanns not object to the case being closed by the Portugese police in 2008? As parents, they have the right to insist the investigation remain open, but they chose not to exercise this, instead going off on a wild goose chase of their own they already know won't succeed and fleecing more money from the public to spend on dodgy private investigators with criminal connections and no experience or track record in finding missing children whilst furthering their own publicity and image.
By:

There is plenty of proof they are liars and fraudsters.

They assured people before taking their money that it would not be spent on legal fees in suing people. It has been used in exactly that manner. To my mind, this is fraud.

As for liars, there are massive inconsistencies in statements made by them from one day to the next as to what happened that night.

Not going to go drag up quotes, can't really be bothered. Look for yourself, it won't be hard to find.

That's an outrageous accusation and highly defamatory.

You should be prepared to defend that statement somewhere other than on this forum.

Kate told police when they arrived that she found the window open and the shutters up, but at least 5 different people saw the window shut and the shutters down in between the possible "abduction window" and Kate arriving to find Maddie missing.

For the love of god Benjy don't ever take up a place at the bar. You're questions must be the weakest softballs ever delivered in the history of mankind.

If you attempted to deliver any one of lurid supositions to even a lowly magistrate they'd have you removed and probabaly in contempt before you'd finished a sentence.
