well you can get a groin strain in 2 places, so my vote is for 2

As you can have a strain to either your left groin area or right groin area - the answer is 2. Obviously !

The human only has 1 groin.

You can have a strain in 2 seperate areas of your arm,doesn't mean you've got 3 arms does it

My favourite word in this thread title is 'healthy'. I've a bit of a snuffle at the minute, but upon inspection my groin quotient remains unchanged.
