Thing of setting up a good quality private stream of certain sports ;) then charging a couple of quid. question is do i need a massive upload speed ?
Report yorky • January 11, 2010 8:50 PM GMT

Amongst other things there would be some major legal issues to potentially contend with making the £2s received rather irrelevant.. streaming for free is one thing, making a profit from it they dont like that :)

vshare is nice quality but all streams ive seen on it have been delayed at least 20secs or so to a normal stream which paying.. err donating people wouldnt like too much for bettng purposes anyway.

apart from that its incredibly easy to stream on justin.tv etc takes about 5-10mins to setup.. doesnt require huge bandwith i have a stream running from a basic laptop running 24/7 usually with few hundred viewers and you can create private channels on there.

Report Five By Five • January 11, 2010 9:16 PM GMT
They must make a lot from advertising/banners etc. They have a huge audience and hits per day.
