I'd give you them, but they're not much use.

The id is what you put under "username" - It's basically the name Betfair will know you by and it'll be up to you to choose something memorable and reasonably secure.
The password is another name, ideally a combination of letters and numbers, which when submitted with your username will allow you to log on. hth.
