Help needed please

I am rubbish with computers and i need to upload a document to send,can somebody do a me a favour and help me out from start to finish in a idiot guide..thanks in advance.

p.s I would ask the mrs to do this sort of thing,but i need to take and then send the document to a bookmaker as proof of i.d(new rule as of Dec 2009 for all new accounts opened) and i don't want her to get her mitts on my bounty..once again thanks in advance.
