Just got a penalty charge notice through post. I was parked in a loading bay without loading apparently. Need some help in how best to evade this charge. I drive a normal car, was actually just picking up some Christmas goods and was there for about 15 mins ( limit was 20 ). I thought loading and unloading of a car was alowed though. Thanks in advance guys.

If you bought stuff and have a receipt, then you loaded purchases to your vehicle. Explain this to them in writing along with a photocopy of your receipt, should clear it up.
Yes sorry, its the repeating Fruit loaf. If you cant get a receipt, give me ring, Ill do you a delivery note for a tenner.

Warning ..........Bryanston St, near Marble Arch, London........if you stop on Double Yellow lines.............even for 1 min you will get a ticket(by post) from camera operater.....dropped off girlfriend to go to shop.........didn't move off straight away(5 mins)...phoning someone...
