I bought new tv for study at Xmas from M & S.
Because Sky won't update codes have to use 2 handsets for volume.

Whats the TV and what revision is your Sky remote? If you take off the battey cover, it will say in there. New remotes will drive most TV's, older ones (2yrs +) won't and you'll need a replacement.
