i was 23 when i met my x at 18. she was a very mature 18 though which made a difference. Still didn't stop us breaking up after 4 years though. Seem to remember reading that men are 4 years behind women in maturity so it's almost like your the same age really.

Males are attracted to females who are half their age +7 years.

EG A 36yo man finds a 25yo woman attractive,or a 24yo man finds a 19yo woman attractive.

I'm 51 and my wife is 43 which makes her about 10 years too old for me,although when we met I was 28 and she was nearly 21 which fitted the formula almost exactly.

The only downside to this is that when you are 70 you still fancy women who are 42.If you can find a 42yo when you're 70 then it isn't a downside at all.
