let me get this right - you're very fat you lose a couple of stone, go for a makeover, they play sentimental soundtrack, you laugh and cry at the same time and all is right with the world?

7.5 st out of 79 stone total for the three of em over 10 weeks - less than 1% weight loss per person per week and all still morbidly obese at the end of the programme. And this is a successful project?
