today wih the help of a thread that was on here a cc company was beaten in their quest to claim their money.It was proved they had received all their money in interest payments which they were not lagally allowed as the agreement was signed before april 2007 so as with all cards taken out before that date, it is unlikely you can be forced by a court to pay them.

sked them to send a true signed copy f my cca with them, when it arrived it did not have the legally required informtion within it.

they went to court but as they did not have the needed conditions in their application forms the court cannot proceed and make an enforcement.
