Almost worthless, yorky. I, on the other hand, have lots of racing-related cigarette cards, dating back to the late 19thC.

I have a 78 recording of the 1924 Derby , a race card signed by Pipe on the occasion of his 2,000 winner. Swap for your cards

dobbo, they may be fake cards beware, lots of reproductions about where as my gran paid for all my stickers out of her 1978 pension
Report bodil • January 5, 2010 10:53 PM GMT
Hell, no. Though if the continentals (OK Belgians) like framed cig cards in good or better condition, we might have a starting point.
Report cunnybobbler • January 5, 2010 10:55 PM GMT
lol. i used to collect the panini stickers but lost em all years ago. never had 78 or 79 though, think i started with 82. do you have any shoot league ladders???
Report bodil • January 5, 2010 10:56 PM GMT
Hey, mine are genuine - from Phillips, Sothebys or Murray. Though there are a lot or replicas about. And if they were more valuable, there would be a lot more fakes.
Report Dobbo • January 5, 2010 10:59 PM GMT
Framing adds nothing and if they are stuckdown forget about it.

I'll chuck in my Red Rum Jigsaw and signed Ginger Mcain photo

Report cunnybobbler • January 6, 2010 12:06 AM GMT
the best bit was when they changed the colours. one year norwich would be green with yellow writing then totally out of the blue the next year itd be yellow with green writing. i used to go through all the teams hoping for colour changes. all that excitement for about 30p, incredible value.
Report casemoney • January 6, 2010 12:06 AM GMT
