got tons of photos of our baby on mobile but when mobile starts up the screen stays white. we know we've got to take it to a so-called 'help point' but they delete the photos upon start up. tried to download pictures on pc suite but doesnt recognise cable or driver. help! any ideas?

where are pics stored? on some kind of removable media? possible to take that out and put in A N Other phone/pc?
Try your sim card and/or media card in another phone. If you are lucky (at you'll need to be) some of your pic may be on here.

they're all on the phone so i can't even remove the sim card and try another phone.
