Canary, a quick Google has made me realise how difficult it must be for tall men with less than 32" waists to buy clothes that fit.

This website deals exclusively for tall and slim men, but on looking at their waist sizes, they're still not what you require.
However, you can ask them questions under their 'Contact Us' tab, which may be of some help?

It's a total nightmare. My ideal trousers are 31" waist, 34" inside leg. Have to go to Newcastle, Glasgow or Edinburgh to find a shop that does my size, and even then it's usually only G Stars and Levi's, meaning forking out £60+ for a pair. While I'm at it, what's with Topman putting 53 pockets on all their jeans lately? Beggars belief.

I do actually feel sorry for your plight cb, until I was 26 I was a 28 or 30 inch waist, and getting decent trousers in the right size always was a bit of a pain.
