PC World are like trotters independant traders

But charming in their**ney ways, so nobody really minds.

"VAT prices are increasing so i rushed to the PC World sale and bought microsoft office for only £69.99 saving £30"

pure crookery, deliberately implies that you are saving £30 buying it before VAT increases even though the increase of 2.5% works out at just £1.75. del boy must work in their advertising department.

After-sales service is a complete joke. The last company I would ever buy from.

One of the worst,correction,the worst shop I've been in in the last year.
Asked for 4 different laptops,none of which were in stock.
The 5th was and then the tall young man of Asian extraction treated me to what can only be described as disgraceful customer service.
Me: Have you got a -------- in stock?
Him:(30 secs of silence as he taps away at his computer).....Red.
Me: Excuse me?
Him:We've only got red
Me.Ok ...Red'll do
Him:(another minute of tapping at his computer).....does that mean you want one then?
Me:Eh?
Him:Do you want one?

I found the manager and told him that his poorly trained and rude staff member had just lost a £600 sale.
He couldn't have cared less.

Shock horror, stop the press. PC World is a rip off! :)

Anyone who ever steps foot inside that place shoulb be shot.
