brussel sprots with glazed chestnuts .crispy bacon
orange glazed baby carrots
batons of carrots with peas
roast potatoes in goose fat and sea salt
or a mixture of roasted vegtables with thyme/rosemay and olive oil
buttered sweede
cauliflower cheese with gruyere
broccolli hollandise

Probably comes from a wheely-bin anyway so it'll be in-keeping.

find it quite disturbing no-one has mentioned turnip .

Sprouts, Peas (the soaked variety), Carrot and Parsnip mash, anything else is overkill.
