Betfair's lack of Christmas hampers.

I've already eaten my pot-noodly and drunk the liebfraumilch
And they can stick their diary.I got two much better ones from Corals,and I rarely bet with them,though I'm on reduced commision here.
I have never received anything from Betfair.. am i being discriminated against because im from Northern Ireland ?
