I'd never heard of it before a few days ago, when it was the answer in a crossword. Thane watched the Oz Clark/Hugh Thingamy programme and they had some so have decided to make it.
Has anyone tried it before or made any?
I'm using
Cider
Cranberry Juice
Honey
Sugar
Oranges studded w cloves
Apple
Allspice
Ginger
Nutmeg
Cinnamon Sticks, and
Brandy and/or gin?
Anything else I should be chucking in?
