Press Select

Go into LNB Setup

Turn the two ON options to OFF then save settings

Press Sky

Repeat above ^^^^ just this time turning the OFF options back to ON

That'll reset your signal.

My missus has just called me, had the same problem, is your phone line plugged in? if not plug it in and sytem restore or reset or something
