I can't send attached a pdf to an email becauce it is over the 10 mg limit. Is there any way around this problem ?

Any suggestions / help appreciated

split it and send 2 or more e-mails

You could try using winzip to see if it reduces the size enough, if not there is an option to split it up into small files which can then be unzipped and joined together.
