A new climbing frame, for Cleo. She now has 3 of them.

Used to get Macanno sets as a kid. They were hugely popular but I hated them. Not a DIY man.

indeed you have canaryboy, settling in?
Report canaryboy • December 18, 2009 2:11 PM GMT
yeah not too bad

we're keeping her in til xmas but she's had the chance to escape a few times and hasn't bothered

she stayed indoors a quite a bit at first in the old place before going back to her outdoor ways so i'm sure this will be the same

was amusing watching her explore the place when we arrived

lol, I'm sure it was. My cat gives me so many laughs. Only this morning as I overslept I felt a whack on the head with a paw. Breakfast was late.

We've got mint sauce for the lamb and apple sauce for the suckling pig but we're not sure what to get for the cat. Any recommendations?

I think a climbing fame is the best investment. They get used forever, although not every day. Not cheap if you get a proper sturdy one though.

ours was watching the snow fall this morning

couldn't resist a photo lol

I'm looking after a stray, looks identical to Cleo (male tabby) so I call him Leo. Not well though, think he's damaged his back leg. Keeps shaking it.
Report canaryboy • December 18, 2009 2:19 PM GMT
ours is still a bit wobbly from when she injured a leg that time
Report cannnyman • December 18, 2009 2:19 PM GMT
He's so timid, but I am gaining his trust. Just a shame Cleo won't tolerate other cats, if she would I'd keep him.

shirley somewon should've mentioned antifreeze by now. I despair over the new chit chat format

Cleo's in the lounge with me, and Leo's in the kitchen. 2 doors seperate them. They must not meet.

a spinny thing where a mouse wizzes round and round, sometimes visable, sometimes not

will last a few days before they break it but an empty cardboard box will give them months of fun afterwards
Report mitchell downie • December 18, 2009 9:25 PM GMT
yep, cardboard boxes are superb value for money.
